Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. As everything we make is made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds, but if there’s a problem, we’re always happy to help with an exchange or a gift card.

Exchange or Credit Only

If you’d like to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is:

We will offer you an exchange or a gift card to the value of your original purchase (excluding delivery costs). Please note that we are unable to refund return postage, and any exchanges will incur a new delivery charge.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally with clear photographs of the issue.

We will either remake the item or issue a gift card to the same value.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us first so we can confirm eligibility.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 28 days of receipt, but are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Exchanges will also require additional shipping costs.

Delivery Policy

Every item we make is crafted to order, just for you. We don’t hold stock, which means we take a little longer — but it’s worth the wait.

Production Time

Please allow 2–8 working days for your order to be made before it’s dispatched. We’ll keep you updated along the way and notify you as soon as your order is on its way.

UK Delivery

We use reliable couriers to deliver across the UK.

Standard Delivery:
arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery:
arrives next working day after dispatch. (Only available once production is complete.)

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at the time of ordering — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
