Sennen is located in West Cornwall, surrounded by a beautiful coastline, and has arguably one of the best beaches in Cornwall. This old fishing village is located in a remote part of Cornwall and just behind it is Land’s End the furthest westerly point in the mainland England. Sennen is still a small village to date but has everything you need to enjoy a day out, around the village it’s full of local independent stores which are supported by the locals during downtime in the winter.
Chapel Porth Beach is set in a valley hidden between high cliffs giving it shelter from the wind. As you come over the hill from the north the view of the cove is dramatic and will be a totally different beach depending on if the tide is in or not. At low tide the sand stretches all the way from St Agnes Head to Lushingtons at the far end of Porthtowan Beach. Depending on what time of the year you visit the beach will also look totally different with Chapel Porth being one of the most exposed beaches on the North Coast.
Little fistral tidal pools are located in North Cornwall situated in Newquay town. This popular seaside town attracts many of Cornwalls visitors being known for its amazing surfing beaches and coastal living.
